When you are on the home page of the group that you wish to participate in…
JOIN THE GROUP
Click on the ‘Join Group / Listserv‘ button to request access to the group folder. Once we have received your request we will assign the relevant permissions to you. Please note: This button is clickable even if you have already signed up to the group.
When you have received an email confirming your request, you will be assigned the correct permissions to Access Group Folder; receive Group Notifications (via ListServ); and SUBSCRIBE to the group calendar.
ADD MEETINGS CALENDAR
To add the group calls to your calendar you must SUBSCRIBE to Group Calendar. Either click on the subscribe button, or follow the instructions to use the ‘Secret iCal Address’.

HOW CAN I CHECK IF I AM ALREADY SIGNED UP FOR A GROUP?
If you can see the ‘Group listserv email address‘ (at the bottom of the Project Team Feed area), and the Secret iCal Address (on the left hand side in the Links area) then this means you are already signed up for this group.
